Satisfyer Charging and Reset Guide

Satisfyer Charging and Reset Guide

Satisfyer toys charge using a magnetic USB cable with two contact points, and the same cable works across the range. How you turn your toy on, and whether it pairs with the Satisfyer Connect app, depends on the model.

Charging

  • Bring the magnetic charging cable close to the two metal contact points on the toy. It should click into place automatically.
  • If it doesn't connect straight away, plug the cable into a power source first, then bring it back to the toy. This reactivates the magnet so the contacts connect.
  • The first charge can take up to 8 hours. After that, a full charge typically takes around 4 hours, depending on the model.
  • Use only the supplied Satisfyer charging cable.

Turning On and Using Your Toy

  • Press and hold the power button for around 2 seconds to turn the toy on or off.
  • Once on, press the programs button to cycle through the available vibration or air pulse patterns.
  • Use the intensity buttons to adjust the strength of each pattern.

App-Connected (Satisfyer Connect) Models

Many newer Satisfyer toys pair with the free Satisfyer Connect app for remote control and custom vibration patterns.

  • Make sure the toy is charged and turned off before pairing.
  • Press and hold the Bluetooth button for around 5 seconds until you feel a double pulse. The LED will start flashing to show the toy is in pairing mode.
  • Open the Satisfyer Connect app and follow the on-screen prompts to connect.

Unpairing a Toy from a Previous Phone

If a toy was previously paired to another phone and won't connect to a new one, it needs to be unpaired first. This isn't part of Satisfyer's official documentation, so treat it as unofficial and worth confirming works for your model before relying on it:

  • Hold the button down for around 15 seconds. The toy should give 5 quick vibrations to confirm it has unpaired.
  • To make it visible for pairing again, hold the button for around 4 seconds until you feel 2 quick vibrations.
  • You can then pair it as a new device through the Satisfyer Connect app.

Toy Not Turning On or Connecting

  • Confirm the toy is fully charged, and try a different USB power source if you're unsure.
  • Check the charging contacts for any residue or moisture and dry them before trying again.
  • For Bluetooth connection issues, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, the toy is in pairing mode with its LED flashing, and the Satisfyer Connect app is up to date.
  • If problems continue, restarting both the toy and the app, or reinstalling the app, often resolves connection issues.
