Adam & Eve Eves Kegel Hearts – Weighted Kegel Balls

You can strengthen your pelvic floor muscles with this complete Kegel training kit. The waterproof design works equally well during dry routines or shower sessions. You simply rinse the silicone components afterward for quick cleanup.

Two distinct harnesses provide structured placement as you exercise. The single unit fits comfortably for targeted training sessions. The wider version accepts weights along a longer axis.

Both sleeves feature a smooth exterior and a central heart-shaped opening. A flexible retrieval tab extends from each base for secure handling. Internal chambers hold four interchangeable balls marked between 0.7 and 2.1 ounces.

You insert a starting weight that matches your current comfort level. As your training progresses, you can swap heavier spheres to increase resistance. The loose masses shift naturally against your inner walls as you walk or relax.

This continuous movement creates steady tactile feedback throughout wear. The simple sliding system keeps the weights securely seated during movement. You can pause exercises by pinching the retrieval tabs, then resume immediately afterward.

• Single harness measures 5.5 inches long by 1.25 inches wide.
• Double harness spans 7.25 inches by 1.25 inches for dual-weight use.
• Interchangeable balls offer graduated resistance ranging from 0.7 to 2.1 ounces each.
• Construction pairs body-safe silicone sleeves with rigid ABS plastic inner frames.

Steady progression through the heavier options helps build reliable muscle recall. Consistent wear builds steadier control that translates directly into your personal routine.
